NOTICE OF FILING OF DECLARATIONS OF CANDIDACY
FOR DIRECTORS OF CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY
DISTRICT NO. C-1 OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, MISSOURI
TAKE NOTICE that commencing at 8:00 a.m., local time, on December 13, 2011, the undersigned will accept Declarations of Candidacy for members of the Board of Directors of Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. C-1 of Jefferson County, Missouri, to be elected at the regular District election to be held on Tuesday, the 3rd day of April 2012, until 5:00 p.m. local time on the 17th day of January, 2012.
At the aforesaid regular election there is to be elected one Director to represent Sub-district No. 2 and one Director to represent Sub-district No. 3. The term of office is three years. Candidates must be at least twenty five years of age, voters of the District and at the time of the candidate’s election must have resided within the district one whole year next before the date of said election and not be delinquent at the time of said election in the payment of any taxes. Additionally, the candidate must reside within the Sub-district which candidate seeks to represent.
Sub-district boundary lines and forms of Declarations of Candidacy are available upon request to the undersigned.

Cold weather is here! All mobile homes should have heat tape on the water pipes underneath their homes. Even with skirting around the bottom of the home, pipes can freeze! If you already have heat tape on your water pipes under your home, make sure it is working for this winter!
